Puppet Knight - Target Names

This plugin updates skill messages to replace "%3" with:

  - The name of a single target if there is one.

  - Custom terms for multiple targets, depending on the target group or scope.

  - An option to include enemy letters when targeting a single enemy.

 - Replaces %3 with "self" if the user and target are the same.
